I usually build all the way across the screen from the far left to the far right for the first 30 floors, then narrow the tower as it approaches floor 100. ![]() ![]() No matter how efficient you make your elevator system, you're just going to have to eventually lower the rent/sale price for facilities on the upper floors if you want to keep everybody happy. Any higher than that, though, and you have to use a combination of express elevators and other forms of transit, and more complicated transit = longer wait = unhappy sims. It's much easier to keep your tenants on floors 1-30 happy than it is for floors 31-100 because a single normal elevator shaft can reach floor 30 from the lobby.
